Fall Fashion

I'm sharing some of my favorite fall essentials that every girl NEEDS for their fall wardrobe!

Fall is in the air and I'm loving every second of it. Sure, we've had some hot days recently- but I've been making trips with Uriah to pumpkin patches all over, baking pumpkin spiced everything, and shopping for fall fashion. This is my favorite season to dress for.. light layers and booties, jeans and plaid shirts- you name it, I love it! I popped over to Marshalls because I know I can get amazing designer items for next to nothing. It really is perfect place to find your fall look and amazing items that can transition into many different outfits.  If I have $100 to spend, I know I can get at least 5, maybe 6 items. Not kidding! Everything I'm wearing in this post (head to toe!) totaled to under $75!  Marshalls is the 

For new season I try to buy staples, items I know I can wear multiple times in multiple ways. 

The first trend I'm crazy about for fall is capes, ruanas, ponchos..call you what you want- I love them! 

These pieces are so versatile and cozy and can be added to so many different outfits. I spotted this one and didn't even try it on- the soft knit fabric in such a pretty color was a great look, but what really sold me was the fringed bottom. I'm a sucker for fringe! And at only $19.99, you can't really pass that up!

My next staple is a simple button up. Sounds boring? Well the one I'm wearing is actually a dress tucked in as a shirt. Does it get more versatile?! This pretty dress/shirt by Ella Moss is a crisp white that goes with virtually anything and can be worn for work, play and everything in between. Trust me, you need this!

Lastly, it's not fall (at least in my opinion) without amazing flared jeans. I mean, come on! My favorite style is a pair that completely covers my feet in heels. It's a sleek look that can be bohemian/hippie or chic/glamourous. Eevryone has been asking me where to find flared jeans and I'm the first to tell them Marshalls (Danville has the best selection for you local ladies!). I scored 3 pairs already this season - light wash and distressed, these dark trousers, and a black pair by Paige. If you're looking for fall denim, head to Marshalls and pick up some flares. You won't regret it!
