I found this dress at Plato's Closet a few weeks ago and loved every detail about it: the pleated skirt, cinched waist, ruffled neckline, and of course- the soft mint color! The great thing about this dress is it can be dressed up with heels or wedges, but it also can be worn with sandals. I kept it very simple with a white cutoff sweater and matching white wedges. A perfect outfit for Spring.
