Denim skirts have made a full come-back and they're cuter than ever!
These are definitely a must-have for your spring wardrobe

In my book, nothing says "spring" more than light denim and espadrilles -- it's fresh and bright, which is a lovely break from winter layers! When I saw denim skirts were making a come-back, I will admit, it took me a few seasons and the right skirt to jump on that trend. And seriously, I'm the biggest fan now; they're a little dressier than the casual cut-off shorts I always wear and just as comfortable. Denim is the perfect base or starter piece to an outfit and the easiest to build a look around. I decided to go for a boho-vibe (my usual look) by adding lots of jewels, a cropped fringe sweater, and the cutest metallic espadrilles.

Nervous to try this trend? Try these fresh ways style your denim skirt!

The Half Tuck -- One of the easiest ways to style your skirt, pair with any blouse with the half tuck like I did in this post. It looks best with slouchy shirts and blouses.

Crop Top -- Want to show off the skirt more? Pair it with a crop top! Most of the denim skirts in stores have a high-waist, so you don't need to worry about showing too much skin.

Pencil Skirt -- Try a new silhouette for the denim skirt. I'm currently on the hunt for a distressed pencil skirt (One Teaspoon makes a killer one) that is ultra-slimming. This is great for night out and a little dressier than the typical button front skirt.

Casual -- You can never go wrong with a white t-shirt and sandals. I will admit, this always becomes my summer uniform, but this year I'll wear a denim mini instead of shorts to mix it up!

If you try this trend, tag me on Instagram or Twitter because I'm dying to see your looks!
As always, thanks for reading!
