Let's just admit it, you feel a little better during your workouts when you are comfortable in what you have on. As much as we love that tie dye shirt from high school (everyone has one of these old shirts they can't part from), it's not necessarily the best top to wear in a workout. When my outfit is put together, even for a workout, I feel more confident and ready to conquer whatever my goal for the day is. Plus, these outfits can all double as great everyday looks when you don't want to get all dressed up. I would wear every single one of these looks for when I take my son to the park or when I'm out running errands. Well, minus the plain sports bras ;)
With new years resolutions coming just around the corner, fill your closet with active wear now so you're ready to hit the gym or go hiking with friends. When I hit up my local Marshalls (Dublin, CA), I was pleasantly surprised by the huge and organized selection of cute activewear. They has 2 full racks of just running/yoga leggings and another rack full of cropped leggings. Plus, tons of amazing sports bras! I'm all about colorful designs and pretty details. The top bra was an amazing find! The back is sheer mesh- perfect for keeping you cool and stylish at the same time. I'm also crazy about the bottom pair of striped leggings. So soft and best part...they're not sheer if you bend over. All of the bottoms I picked up passed that test!
So skip on those old workout clothes and treat yourself to some new ones. When you can buy an entire workout look for under $50, it's hard to pass that up!
