Thrift Store Haul

Monday, June 10, 2013

I started a YouTube channel to share some of my Thrift Store finds. Sometimes certain purchases don't get featured on my blog, so I decided to film a haul from last week's scores.
 Excuse my awkwardness!

Thanks so much for reading/watching!

  1. Congrats on the Equipment blouse! Those are all great finds! Anyone who hasn't thrifted before, please don't focus on sizes! Look at the quality of the material and the stitching because you can always take it to a tailor/seamstress to have it altered for your body.

    You go, girl! Great job!

    1. Thank you so much! I was beyond excited about it and I'm glad you agree with my size advice. You can come across so many gems just from browsing different size racks!

  2. Thanks for sharing! You got great stuff and did a cute job on your video. I've seen a few 'thrifting haul' videos on u-tube and some of them drone on and on or don't have any idea how to describe the purchases. Your's is great. Gerrilyn

  3. Hi Francesca! Just joined your blog and love it! I never go thrifting, but you may make a convert out of me!
Can you do a post showcasing your distressed wood side table (the one you used on your 1st youtube video)? I like the 2 mirrors and French style decorations on the bottom shelve and would love to get a better look at how you put it all together. Thanks!

    1. Hey! I hope you go thrifting soon! I actually bought the table from Cost Plus, but I'm thinking of doing a home tour in my next few videos, so you can get a better look at the decor :)
Thank you so much again for checking out my video

  7. I love your video and like the other posters here mentioned I would love to see the rest of your house. It looks just as beautiful as your outfits. How do you pick thrift stores? I've never seen even a teeny tiny bit of the stuff like you find at my thrift stores in WI. I live in a bigger city but people just don't buy things and give away like the items you show. So I'm not asking you to give up any location secrets maybe just some ideas on how to scope a good store and figure out good days to go. All I seem to find is stained, trashy grandma clothing :( I love thrifting but get deterred when it's not fruitful. Thanks!

  8. Wow they were great finds. The shoes are awesome!!! I once found Michael Kors heels in a thrift store here in Australia (super rare) unfortunately they were too small so Mum scored them. Now following you on bloglovin ;)
